Upcoming events can be found on our Event Calendar page. Live events will display on our homepage when they are streaming live.

All VideoCasts are world accessible except for NIH-only and HHS-only which can only be viewed if you are logged in with your NIH or HHS credentials.

All VideoCasts are added as quickly as possible to our Past Events page, usually within a few days after the broadcast. All-day conferences can take longer. On occasion the archive copies are made from backup recordings, which will delay this process.

To find past events, simply enter a keyword, event category, title, or speaker name. The search bar also offers suggested categories to choose from if you are unsure of your search and would prefer to browse.

You can also filter your results by selecting a specific date from the calendar. Please note that searching by a date range is not available.

For the best experience, use straightforward keywords, as advanced search options like AND (health AND policy), OR (science OR technology), NOT (education NOT webinar), quotation marks, or wildcard symbols (bio*) are not supported—using these formats may return no results.

All world accessible VideoCast files can be saved for offline playback. You may also download caption-text or a transcript.

VideoCast events are kept forever on the website, unless we are specifically directed to remove one or there is a pre-determined expiration date.
